I have been involved in the fitness industry for 31 years. Exercise and wellness have been a passion of mine since college. The importance of establishing a solid foundation, and building upon that is paramount.
I believe in focusing on movement patterns, and addressing weaknesses in those patterns to produce powerful balanced movement.
My athletic and fitness experience stems from a life long involvement in the sport of lacrosse. I have 15 years of coaching experience at the youth and high school levels, and 5 years playing at the professional level. I have been fortunate enough to win a national championship with a pro team.
Through athletics, I have realized the importance of optimum physical fitness. I believe that this is achieved through proper nutrition, a challenging yet achievable training program, and stress reduction. By establishing a solid foundation of the basics of exercise, and then building on that foundation, clients are then able to achieve their individual goals.

He is friendly, easy going and accommodating. This pandemic has been a true testament to his flexibility with clients and his commitment to his work. We have figured out how to train three times per week, despite gym closures and inclement weather.
